Horse Connection Clinic (in person)

Contact me

Would you like to build a deeper connection with your horse and feel more clarity and confidence together?

This one-day, in-person clinic is a hands-on experience designed to help you better understand how your horse feels, responds, and communicates — and how your own presence plays a role in that connection.

The clinic is held in a small group setting (minimum 5, maximum 10 participants), creating a calm and supportive space where everyone can learn and experience things at their own pace.

What we explore during the day

Each clinic is different, but the day usually flows like this:

Morning session

We focus on building awareness and connection:

  • understanding how horses feel us emotionally and energetically

  • learning simple ways to become more centered and present

  • exploring concepts such as energy, emotions, roots, and chakras in a grounded, practical way

This part of the day helps lay the foundation for a deeper connection with your horse.

Afternoon session

We bring everything into practice with the horses:

  • learning to feel the horse’s energy and how they respond to yours

  • using tools such as the ring test

  • asking questions and listening to what comes through

Each participant can bring one horse to work with during the afternoon.

What you’ll receive

  • Guided audio exercises

  • Practice sheets to continue the work at home

  • Tools you can apply in everyday life with your horse

“When you work on connecting better with yourself. It opens the door to communicate better with your horse and life lessons in general. Today,  we learned how to take these tools and apply them to everyday life and how to become a better rider. To see it and feel it first hand was humbling. Kathleen, thank you for this amazing experience. It was an honor to meet you and to be a part of something so special!“

"I attended a clinic with Katheleen and didn't quite know what to expect. I knew she would be great, but wasn't sure I would be able to apply what she was teaching and sharing. Working with Kathleen proved to me that I was able to connect with horses through energy. I learned I need to work on myself to better work with my horses. I now have the tools to start working on myself. I know I have to be present and in the moment with my horses. I learned I need to ask questions of myself and listen to the answers. I left the clinic today with a whole treasure chest of tools to make me a better person. Being connected with myself will better connect me to my horse and strengthen my riding and all experiences with my horse. I have a lot of practice ahead, but look forward to all of it."

« I had the pleasure of attending Kathleen’s clinic…where do I even begin to explain how amazing it was and what a great teacher and scholar she is.

Katheleen has helped me to be in better tune with my feelings and emotions, which in turn helps me have a better connection with my horses and even my students' horses.

I’ve learned to do everything with a purpose, have no doubt and enjoy the moment.

I better understand and can identify some additional needs which gives me more tools to help each horse and student excel in their discipline.

A Lot of us say, “I wish my horse could talk”, horses do talk, you just have to pay attention to behavior, expressions, and have no distractions.

I’ve learned to get mentally right and not just go through the motions.  Horses don’t want to be naughty; they just need their person to live in the moment with them and identify what they need…not what their person thinks they need or want for themselves to feel better.

You have to spend quality time with your horse and understand what makes them tic.

I highly recommend taking advantage of the opportunity to attend one of Kathleen's clinics.

You will be surprised at the better connection you have with your horses just by changing your mindset. »

"I would definitely recommend it to anybody who has a horse is wanting to compete with their horse and just really connect better with them

A  lot of the times,  we focus on how to get our horses feeling good,  how to get them doing better, feeling better,  competing better,  but we don't focus on ourselves and so in order to better connect with our horses, we need to focus on how we're feeling and what we're doing and how we can be there for our horse.  That clinic really taught me a lot about myself and a lot about how I can be there better for my horse and how we can work together as a team and get a better understanding of how you two can become one. I would definitely reach out to Kathleen and be a part of her clinic."
